ProFollowUp.ai is a tool designed to help users organize clients, jobs, reminders, and follow-up workflows. The Service is provided for general business use and is not intended for storing or managing regulated or sensitive personal data.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract and are using the Service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProFollowUp.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProFollowUp.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, your communications with customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the Service in a way that is unlawful or harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you agree to them.
